Customers shall inspect all products promptly upon receipt. Any issues, claim with corresponding lab tests, or returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of products. Customers shall reject any material that fails to meet applicable specifications within 30 days of receipt of products or they shall be deemed accepted by customer.
No products may be returned for credit, even if properly rejected, without prior authorization (RGA#) from our customer service department (i.e., lab report required). Under no circumstances shall any credit be given for products kept for more than 45 days.
Returned materials will only be accepted in their original unopened packaging. Exceptions apply for defective products, which can be returned with opened packaging and no usage. Once the returned products arrive at Novotech’s facility, they will be carefully inspected.
Returned goods’ freight costs will be at customers’ expense unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
